The China Foods Alliance®The "Pin" programme promotes and preserves authentic Chinese culinary traditions, strengthens cooperation between Chinese restaurants and local businesses, improves the quality and visibility of Chinese cuisine and promotes cultural exchange between China and Switzerland.
The China Foods Alliance® is the ambassador of Chinese food culture in Switzerland.

As the founder of mybow Brand Consulting in Lucerne, he supports small and medium-sized companies - particularly in the catering and food industry - in the development, implementation and positioning of their brands. In collaboration with Susan Wang, he co-developed the China Foods Alliance, which resulted in the China Foods Guide - an editorial project dedicated to China's eight major regional cuisines and portraits of Chinese restaurants in German-speaking countries.

As Marketing Manager at mybow Brand Consulting in Lucerne, she advises restaurants, food brands and catering concepts - particularly those with an Asian or Chinese background - on positioning, brand development and visual communication.
One of Susan Wang's particular concerns is the authentic communication of Chinese food culture in Europe. In this context, she developed the idea of the China Foods Alliance, which gave rise to the China Foods Guide - an editorial project dedicated to the eight major regional cuisines of China and portraying Chinese restaurants in German-speaking countries.
