10-day educational trip: for teachers and educators 2026

Discover the 8 traditional cuisines of China. Immerse yourself in the world of Chinese cuisine with the 10-day culinary education programme. The programme is aimed specifically at teachers and educators and provides in-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, regional flavours and cultural contexts. Each trip is dedicated to one of the eight major Chinese cuisines.

Trip from 5 - 14 October 2025

In 2025, the focus was on Lu cuisine, the famous Shandong cuisine. After an intensive introduction in Shanghai at the CieCAS campus, the participants discovered the roots of this traditional cooking culture in Yantai - where Shandong cuisine originated.
