We will be offering culinary discovery tours from 2026. These include a journey of discovery of China's culinary traditions. 

The 5-day intensive CieCAS programme in Shanghai offers an introduction to the diversity and techniques of Chinese cuisine. It is aimed at catering professionals, trainees and training managers. It combines expert guidance, practical exercises and cultural immersion and is designed to be a fun and enjoyable learning experience.

Discover the 8 traditional cuisines of China. Immerse yourself in the world of Chinese cuisine with the 10-day culinary education programme. The programme is aimed specifically at teachers and educators and provides in-depth knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, regional flavours and cultural contexts. Each trip is dedicated to one of the eight major Chinese cuisines.

The trip in October 2026 will be definitively advertised from December 2025. Enclosed are the key points of the next trip.
