The China Foods Alliance has set out to change this with the launch of the new China Foods Guide to introduce the Swiss population to China's culinary traditions. This guide offers a detailed insight into the eight regional cuisines of China, from the bold flavours of Sichuan to Cantonese delicacies. It also introduces local Chinese restaurateurs who bring authentic dishes to Switzerland.
