The perfect combination of fresh local oysters, duck eggs and taro powder cooked in lard with a crispy and tender texture.

The double zongzi at Old Mama Palace is another unforgettable flavour. One half is savoury with cured meat and egg yolk, the other half is sweet. In my heart, the food of Chaoshan is not only a delight of flavour, but also a support for the soul. It is as if I am mixing with the memories of my hometown and nourishing my feelings for it.
