Sweet and Sour Yellow Croaker 糖醋黄花鱼

A classic Shandong fish dish with crispy yellow croaker coated in a sweet and tangy sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Yellow croaker: 1 (cleaned)
  • Vinegar: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup: 2 tbsp
  • Cornstarch: 2 tbsp

Instructions:
