A comforting dish made with tender chicken pieces marinated and cooked in red rice wine, a specialty of Fujian.
Ingredients:
- Chicken: 500g (cut into pieces)
- Fujian red rice wine: 3 tbsp
- Ginger: 3 slices
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken with red rice wine for 30 minutes.
- Stir-fry with ginger, add soy sauce and water, simmer until tender.
Note: You can also try normal Chinese rice wine if Fujian red rice wine is not available.
