Ingredients:
- Chicken (whole or thighs): 1kg
- Chili oil: 2 tbsp
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Vinegar: 1 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Sesame oil: 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Boil chicken until cooked, cool, and chop into pieces.
