Lychee Pork 荔枝肉

A sweet and sour pork dish named for its lychee-like appearance due to the shape of the crispy pork pieces.

Ingredients:

  • Pork belly: 300g (cubed)
  • Vinegar: 2 tbsp
  • Sugar: 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • Coat pork cubes in cornstarch, fry until golden, and set aside.
  • Mix vinegar, sugar, and ketchup, stir-fry with pork until coated.
