Ingredients:

  • Chicken thighs: 500g (cut into pieces)
  • Dried chili: 10
  • Sichuan peppercorns: 1 tsp
  • Garlic: 3 cloves (minced)

Instructions:

  • Stir-fry chicken until golden.
  • Add garlic, chili, and peppercorns, stir-fry until aromatic.
  • Serve hot in a dry pot.

Note: There are many different proteins you can use in this dry pot dish, you can replace the chicken with pork belly, or beef. If you are a vegetarian, you can also use tofu or other protein pieces.
