Beef Chow Fun 干炒牛河

A stir-fried noodle dish featuring tender beef, flat rice noodles, and a savory soy-based sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Flat rice noodles: 300g
  • Beef (sliced): 200g
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Bean sprouts: 100g
  • Garlic: 2 cloves (minced)

Instructions:

  • Marinate beef with soy sauce for 10 minutes.
  • Stir-fry beef, set aside, then stir-fry noodles with soy sauce.
  • Add bean sprouts, garlic, and beef, mix well, and serve.

Note: If you are a vegetarian, you can try to replace the beef with vegetable pieces.
