Twice-Cooked Pork (回锅肉)

Ingredients:

  • Pork belly: 300g
  • Green garlic or leek: 200g
  • Doubanjiang (Broad Bean Paste): 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Cooking oil: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • Boil pork belly for 15 minutes, cool, and slice thinly.
  • Heat oil, fry pork slices until golden.
  • Add doubanjiang and soy sauce, stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Toss in green garlic, stir-fry until wilted, and serve.
