Ingredients:
- Pork belly: 300g
- Green garlic or leek: 200g
- Doubanjiang (Broad Bean Paste): 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
- Cooking oil: 2 tbsp
Instructions:
- Boil pork belly for 15 minutes, cool, and slice thinly.
- Heat oil, fry pork slices until golden.
