Steamed Grouper 清蒸石斑鱼

A healthy dish where fresh grouper is steamed to perfection and topped with soy sauce and aromatics.

Steamed Grouper

Ingredients:

  • Grouper: 1 whole (cleaned)
  • Ginger: 3 slices
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Green onions: 2 stalks
  • Cooking oil: 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  • Place fish on a steaming plate with ginger and steam for 8-10 minutes.
  • Pour soy sauce over the fish, heat oil until hot, and pour over green onions on the fish.

Note: The key to this dish is to have fresh fish, most types of white fish will work, you can also try with a fish fillet.
