Ingredients:
- Pork belly: 500g
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Shaoxing wine: 3 tbsp
- Sugar: 1 tbsp
- Ginger: 3 slices
Instructions:
- Blanch pork belly, then braise with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and ginger for 1.5 hours.
