Ingredients:
- Rice: 200g
- Chinese sausage: 2 (sliced)
- Pak choy: 100g
- Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil: 1 tsp
Instructions:
- Cook rice in a clay pot until water is almost absorbed.
- Add sausage and pak choy, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil before serving.
