Clay Pot Rice 煲仔饭

A hearty, aromatic dish with rice cooked in a clay pot and topped with Chinese sausage and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • Rice: 200g
  • Chinese sausage: 2 (sliced)
  • Pak choy: 100g
  • Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil: 1 tsp

Instructions:

  • Cook rice in a clay pot until water is almost absorbed.
  • Add sausage and pak choy, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil before serving.

Note: There are many toppings you can choose for the clay pot rice, such as char siu, roast duck, and pork ribs, the choice is all yours.
