What's Included

To ensure an optimal learning experience, a minimum of 5 participants is required. Flights, accommodation and personal expenses are organised by the China Foods Alliance® and are part of the overall package.

  • Day 2: Wok Mastery and Regional Delights of the Shanghai Surroundings
  • Day 3: A Culinary Tour of Southern China
  • Day 4: The Spice of Sichuan and the Richness of Lu Cuisine
  • Day 5: Cultural Immersion and Farewell


Target groups

The target groups are Swiss Chefs and Students operating in Switzerland who would like to train in international cuisine. Further Restaurants, cooking association & catering chains are addressed to be part of the program.
